Casino is Amazing and so is the Beach Bar called Cage.

Please do not stay at this Hotel unless you understand any Turkish. This Hotel is Tailor Made for Turkish Guests with a Big Wallet and you have No chance in finding anyone who can assist you in any other Language than Turkish. We stayed in the Hotel with our two Kids and had to wait 2 Hours before our Room was ready although we arrived at Check In at 14.00. When we got to our room we saw the floor swimming in water and we thought that the cleaners had just cleaned the room with their mop but NO we were wrong. To our wonderful surprise the Hamam ( the Turkish Steam Room ) was underneath our room and all the the Steam came through the ceiling and into our room. Unbelievable!! So when the Hotel found out that we were not deranged and there actually was a problem in this so called 5 Star Hotel built at $ 100 Million we were finally moved to a different room after 4 Hours. No apology was given or a understanding of the problem quite on the contrary they still persisted that we were just a bunch of annoying Foreigners and could not wait to get rid of us. So whatever you do stay away and maybe try a brand you know like Four Season or SPG cause with them you will at least get Value for money at € 300 a Night...

This place is within walking distance to the cage club, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5-star experience and would definitely come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options available. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a beautiful beach nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The casino is amazing! Beach bar at Cage is great! The stay in Cratos Premium in Kyrenia was impressive. The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The food was delicious. The views were breathtaking. a fantastic experience.

The casino and beach bar were the best aspects of my stay. The casino had a great selection of games and the beach bar, called Cage, was a fantastic spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the view. the hotel's location was convenient and easy to find.

They seemed unable to communicate in anything other than Turkish, making it a challenge for me to ask for assistance. When I arrived to check in with my family, we had to wait for two hours before our room was available, and once we got to our room, there was water on the floor from the steam room below.

The casino and beach bar were fantastic. the casino had an amazing atmosphere and was very busy, so it was a lot of fun to play some games. the beach bar was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as private beach access and a top, notch casino. the attentive service from the staff was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room had unique advantages like a Jacuzzi that really stood out. the breakfast was included and offered a variety of options at the on, site restaurant. the location provided stunning views of the surrounding area, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere.

There was a minor issue with the language barrier, causing some difficulty communicating with staff who were mainly Turkish, speaking. the language barrier didn't affect the quality of service we received.
